The Wedding Photo Booth Pricing Tool Kit
How to build, price and upgrade wedding photo booth packages without relying on hourly pricing Most photo booth owners start pricing by looking at the booth, the number of hours and what competitors are charging. But wedding clients are not really buying three hours of equipment. They are buying part of their wedding experience.
In this practical 30-minute Launch Pad session, Ursula McKinley from Photo Booth Marketing will show operators a simple way to rethink wedding pricing by starting with the true base cost of delivering a job, creating a core service, and then building value through experiences, upgrades and event enhancements.
The session will look at how to sell services such as digital photo booths, print booths and 360 experiences as the starting point, before adding premium experiences such as Glam, AI and Magazine, and enhancing the overall event with elements including draping, premium prop boxes and tangible guest takeaways. The aim is not to give everyone one magic price. It is to give operators a pricing toolkit they can apply to their own business, market and services.
Attendees will leave knowing how to: Calculate the base price they need from every wedding booking Price the job, rather than simply selling hours Build a clear core wedding service Separate services, experiences and enhancements Create logical upgrade opportunities Think more like an event planner and less like an equipment rental company Build simple packages without overwhelming the couple Use a repeatable pricing worksheet for future wedding enquiries
