We don’t love listing terms and conditions any more than you love reading them, but it’s the best way to ensure we both have a clear and protected experience.
All tickets are strictly non-refundable but are transferrable within the trade.
By participating in the show all attendees and exhibitors’ consent to being filmed / photographed for future promotional purposes.
Photo Booth Expo Europe work hard to provide an enjoyable and educational experience for all attendees and exhibitors. We ask you to be patient, polite and respectful to everyone who works at or visits the show. All our team and visitors have the right to be safe and to be treated with respect. Anyone behaving in an aggressive or intimidating manner to any of our team or visitors will be asked to leave without refund.
Photo Booth Expo Europe works hard to anticipate demand for all seminars and networking events. While in almost every case there is plenty of room for everyone who wishes to attend to do it is possible in a few cases that rooms usually but not limited to the launch pad sessions may approach capacity. In those cases where rooms have reached capacity the ticket holder acknowledges that a ticket does not guarantee admittance to every session.
Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19 or other viruses the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. By purchasing this ticket and participating in this and other trade shows you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the trade show and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You voluntarily agree to assume all the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at the trade show. You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the trade show, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the trade show, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any trade show activity.
You accept and acknowledge the possibility that circumstances beyond our control may require the trade show to amend the floor plan, show regulations and even the date of the show. You accept and acknowledge that ticket purchases are non-refundable under any and all such circumstances and agree and acknowledge that such tickets will be forwarded to the next available date for the trade show. Tickets will be fully transferrable within the trade.
By purchasing this ticket you acknowledge that I have read these addendums and agree to all terms both for you and those that attend on my behalf or that you have booked tickets for.
